Marcus Petty
Co-Founder & Head of Ops
Marcus spent years in hospitality before betting everything on the smash burger. He runs operations with military precision — every patty pressed to spec, every shift starting on time. Born and raised in South London.
Jay Petty
Co-Founder & Head Chef
Self-taught. Jay developed the smash technique over hundreds of test sessions before the Peckham unit opened. The sauces are his. The obsession is his. If the griddle temperature is wrong, he'll know before you tell him.
